baji5 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

All withdrawals on baji5 must be made to the same mobile wallet account used for the corresponding deposit. baji5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different mobile numbers, or any payment method not previously used for a deposit on your account.

baji5 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside baji5's control.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made incorrectly, contact baji5 support immediately. baji5 will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds in all cases.

All sports bets placed on baji5 are subject to the following rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation from baji5. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not binding on either party.

• Void bets: baji5 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. baji5 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during key moments in a match.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in your account settings and may vary by sport and market type.
• Match fixing: Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match fixing or corruption will be voided. baji5 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies on integrity matters.

baji5 offers cricket, football, beach volleyball, kabaddi, and other sports markets. Specific rules for individual sports — including how markets are settled in the event of interruptions, weather delays, or other unusual circumstances — are available in the sports rules section of the platform.

All casino games available on baji5 — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game suppliers. These games use certified random number generators (RNG) and are subject to independent testing for fairness.

By playing casino games on baji5, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the dealer.
• baji5 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games operate according to their published return-to-player (RTP) rates.
• Technical malfunctions in a game — such as disconnections, display errors, or software faults — may result in the game round being voided. In such cases, your stake will be returned to your account.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable fees, are communicated separately.

If your account is closed by baji5 for a breach of these terms, any real money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation may be returned to your registered payment method at baji5's discretion.

You may close your baji5 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.
